Summer Camp Terms & Conditions

Thank you for considering Camp Adventures as your summer care provider! It is our goal that each child has a safe, healthy, educational adventure shaped by fun, friends, natural wonder, and family values. To help you finalize your decision to register with us, please read the info below:

• Camp Adventures is a FULL-time care option designed for families needing care all day, every day during the summer/when school is out. Anyone needing part time (8 weeks or less) must be approved by management. Part time spots fill up quickly, so please message us ASAP if you need part time care (custody agreements, summer school, etc.).
• Camp Adventures may not be the right fit for students with certain special needs or limitations. We accommodate most students with allergies, medications, IEPs, 504 plans, etc. without any issues, but… our daily setup is group care. Please contact us if your child has limitations that could possibly inhibit their summer experience with us.
• Camp Adventures is open from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday. The last drop off time is 8:30 AM; pickup begins at 3:30 PM.
• This year (2026), we will offer ELEVEN weeks of care instead of ten, due to a later LPSS start date listed on their current calendar. Our first day of Camp is May 26; the last day is August 7. 
• Full time attendees (nine weeks or more) can list up to two weeks (no payment required) for vacations, VBS, dance camps, etc., on payment paperwork. These weeks’ tuition is adjusted on the LAST auto draft, not on the actual vacation weeks. Parents who want flexibility (dates can change) with their vacation dates should choose the six weeks auto draft, occurring on the 1st and 15th of each month (larger payments). Parents who pay weekly (smaller payments) MUST pay via auto draft on credit/debit cards each Friday. Weekly payments do allow for up to two weeks of vacation, but do not qualify for flexible vacation dates. For weekly payments, the dates listed on payment paperwork are set after May 11.
• The first auto draft for EVERYONE, regardless of start date, is May 15, 2026. 

Full time tuition rates are $145 per week for one child and $135 per week for two or more children; these prices cover care during the day, all field trips (some exceptions), and daily lunch, morning/afternoon snack. The following rates apply to anyone attending less than nine weeks; they do NOT qualify for any discounts:

$155 for 6-8 weeks per child

$165 for 3-5 weeks per child

$175 for 1-2 weeks per child

Please note that Camp Adventures does not offer a “week by week” attendance option. No refunds will be issued for any attendance below two weeks, unless it is an emergency. Students who attend less than nine weeks will need to purchase shirts for $10 each; shirts are not included in the tuition price for eight weeks or less.

We offer a pay in full 10% discount (not combinable with a sibling discount), processed during Orientation Week. Please mark your calendars for May 4-8; each night will be a separate orientation meeting for listed color groups. Orientation attendance is MANDATORY in order to begin Camp on the first day. Anyone who does not attend orientation between May 4-8 or have ALL paperwork submitted by May 11, 2026, will have a delayed start date for Camp. Parents only need to attend one night of orientation; the duration is typically 1.5 hours or less.
